Half a Day.

This week seems so fast. But anyways, despite all the . . . workloads which brings backaches and headaches, today highlights the whole week. A really valuable 12-hours was spent with my man Boggie! Yay!

Strolled around the Singapore Botanic Gardens which is about 2km-ish from my current house. Walked. Yes, we walked at dawn, people. Ha, ha. Made us some homemade tuna sandwich, complete with eggs and with some salads, for our little breakfast. Oh by the way, I'm currently in the mood for cooking. Yes, Kezia cooks. Ha! It's actually fun, you know. Well, as for me, I'm also curious to find new recipes and actually . . . make it happen. Let's hope that this brings to a great . . . journey. This cooking thing I mean, ha ha.

Well anyways, moving on . . . went to church together! Yay! I miss going to church with my man. Hm, what else . . . oh! Went to see the Merlion. From what I could remember, I think I haven't been to the Merlion Park before. Well, perhaps when I was just 2-3 years old? I don't know, can't remember. Well, since the Merlion is having its birthday, there was some repairs and construction thingy that were going on until . . . time tells. Ha. I didn't know that the Merlion is . . . that small? Hm.

We had a quick visit to the harbor area as well. Was about to ride the cable-cars, but the queue was taking too long! Is it because today's a Sunday? And it's Hari Raya? Oh well, planned it for the next time he'll visit Singapore . . . and that's . . . NEXT WEEK! Hahaha! Happy-happy me! So then, we visited the quays area. Nothing to do much as well, though. Ended the day with some double scoops that consist of Yellow Brick Road and Mocha Mania ice cream of The Daily Scoop. And yes, packed him some tomato-basil spaghetti with some salmon and sauteed capsicums for my man. Yes, my cooking! :)

And now I'm too lazy to move myself from this bed. And I'm super hungry. Though there are rendangs and kering tempe from the kitchen back home, I need to finish my last night's leftovers. Ha, ha. Will finish my . . . assignments afterwards. Yes. Currently doing 3 to be completed in . . . 1-2 weeks time. A hotel project, a shophouse project, and a research report on Rem Koolhaas, ha ha ha. My oh my. I really need a good massage.

I'm sure my God gives me extra strength! Have a great week ahead!

Bubbles.

What do I do when I need to freshen up my mind? Especially during the times when I do my assignments. Oh yes. I blog. Just like now. Ha, ha.

Well anyways, just heard from a friend. That her friend actually . . . lost, like 9kgs, just in a month's time. Wow. Only eats once a day, while filling up her dinner with fruits. Stops at a bus stop away from the actual nearest bus stop of her destination. Yes, her friend walked a lot. And of course, she gets tanner. Hm. Oh well, I can just have my milk bath and lulur in Jakarta every once in a . . . month? Ha, ha! I wish. I'm totally going to follow my friend's friend's method. Ha, ha!

This means . . . I think I have to say goodbye to these mouthwatering and yummy bubble-teas! For . . . a while, I guess.

KOI from here, Woobbee from here, Artease from here, Gong Cha from here

Hope you're craving for some right now. Cause I am.

Goodnight!

Special-Squared.

Well, it's not that today's a special day or what - but everyday is special, though. Keep that in mind. Just a glimpse of seconds ago, a memory occurred to my mind, and that I thought to myself "I should write this down" - though there are lots to do.

I forgot if I wrote about her in my previous posts, but this special person really knows me well. Carried me in her womb for 9+ months. Oh yeah, I was told that I really loved swimming around in my mommy's womb for quite a while - therefore my baby me weighs so much. And hairy. Ha, ha!

Being with her makes me . . . happy. And feel so loved. Having the same taste in mostly everything, I just love how we share our clothes, shoes, and food! We could spend a whole day together, without getting bored. Doing our own mother-daughter quality time.

She taught me things that I should know. Told me things that I didn't knew before. Shared stories and experiences. Trained and educated me with the best etiquette. Constantly give me advices and warn me when I'm wrong. Cover me when I'm in need. Genuinely takes care of me. Sincerely share her love towards me.

A true best friend who knows me inside and out. A true idol sent from above. The one who loves to comb my hair and do me a French braid. I miss my mommy. So much.

Oh yes, I'm totally in flood of tears right now.

Specials.

Hiya there! Just a little FYI, this study of mine . . . is loaded with LOTS of tasks. Really, I'm telling you. Well anyways, to forget about all the tasks that I need to do, I've just had one of the best week in this first journey of Singapore. Yet.

Have been visited by my lovely Kakung and Uti. Plus the brother came along, and also a great aunt of mine. This means, good food and some extra little shopping for me *teehee! Well, it was really the brother who shopped like a lady. Seriously. And yes, why oh why did I get so tanned. Even the brother is . . . whiter than me. OMG. Really need to have some treatments back home! Every holiday! Ha, ha!

Had some touchy moments with the grands. They surely are the best grandparents in the whole wide world. I really thank my God for trusting them to be a role model for me. I really love my God for putting me in this great family of mine.

And what made this week reeeeaaalllly special was . . . the fact that my special man Boggie was here in Singapore! Though it was only a little bit more than a dozen of hours in the city of lion, I've just had the best first-of-the-month Saturdate with my man!

OH! Had the chance to see the nation's 'rehearsal' (I guess? Or so I thought?) for its National Day Parade on Thursday, and my man was drooling over the airshow. Those fighter aircrafts were flying over our heads, with the . . . really loud sound (ha! I don't really know what's the exact word for this occurrence). He was . . . really excited. Yes, as a #1 fan of Maverick from Top Gun, he was surely . . . thrilled. To actually see one. Right above him. Since you know, in our beloved country, the jets and all that aren't that . . . advanced. Ha, ha.

Well anyways, didn't get the chance to capture those moments in photos. Since they were flying so fast (duh?). So anyways, what to share what to share . . . Oh, yeah. Regarding our last date in Singapore, we had a visit to the Gardens by the Bay during the sunset till the nighttime! Nooooiiiicceee indeed (cause there was just the moon and the stars that were glittering the sky, ha!). Oh! And yes! FIREWORKS! We saw those colorful lights that colors the dark night, which I hadn't had the urge to take some shots. Ha, ha.

OH AND FINALLY! Can't wait till this new baby comes and knocks the door. Oh, my front door in Jakarta by the way. Ha, ha. Nina batik rose from UP shoes! Yay so fun!

August
is being nice, and I hope same goes to you too! Good night!
